APPETIZERS

CRAB DIP
Creamy lump crab baked and served with garlic flat bread.

QUESADILLAS
Flour tortilla stuffed with cheddar & jack cheese and pico de gallo. Served with sour cream and salsa. Add blackened chicken or steak

HOLLOW WINGS
Ten wings with your choice of sauce: mild, medium, hot, Asian, spicy garlic, barbeque or chipotle barbeque.

BUFFALO CHICKEN SPRING ROLL
A golden fried spring roll packed with our delicious buffalo chicken dip.

CHICKEN TENDERS
Five tenders served with choice of dipping sauce: ranch, honey mustard, barbeque, buffalo.

CALAMARI
Fried crisp with a light black pepper fritter batter and served with warm marinara.

DEEP FRIED PRETZELS
Half pound of mini cheese-filled pretzels, served with buffalo ranch and cucumber wasabi dipping sauce.

CROSTINI
Grilled ciabatta bread topped with roasted red peppers, basil and fresh mozzarella then broiled. Garnished with a strawberry balsamic glaze.

NACHOS SUPREME
Our house made tortilla chips topped with queso sauce, pico de gallo, shredded lettuce, and jalapenos. Served with sour cream and salsa. Add chicken, steak, or chili.

PHILLY ROLLS
Tender beef, sauteed onions and peppers with provolone cheese wrapped in a spring roll and fried golden brown.

FRIED VEGETABLE BASKET
A blend of green beans, broccoli florets and zucchini lightly breaded then fried crisp and served with ranch dipping sauce. Add breaded jalalpeno slices.

SPINACH & ARTICHOKE DIP
A creamy blend of spinach and artichokes with garlic and parmesan cheese. Served with garlic flat bread.

CRAB CAKE SLIDERS
Four mini crab cakes topped with shredded lettuce and served with house made tarter sauce and pickle chips.

SLIDERS
Four mini cheeseburgers topped with caramelized onion, pickles, shredded lettuce, and siracha mayonnaise.

BASKET OF FRIES
Half pound, battered and fried golden brown then lightly salted. Add chili, cheese, or bacon.

POTATO SKINS
Deep fried, filled with lots of melted cheddar cheese, crisp bacon and topped with spring onions and sour cream.

TORTILLA CHIPS & SALSA
Tri-colored chips served with fresh-made salsa. Add queso.

CAJUN POTATO CHIPS
Our homemade chips seasoned with a savory blend of spices. Served with ranch dip.

MARYLAND CRAB
Our own blend of seasoning & herbs with lots of crabmeat.

HOUSE CHILI
Seasoned mild with a rich, hearty taste. Topped with cheddar cheese and served with sour cream.

ASIAN STEAK SALAD
Mixed greens topped with an orange-teriyaki marinated flank steak with tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, red onions and crispy noodles. Served with sesame and soy dressing.

SOUTHWEST CHICKEN SALAD
Chopped mixed greens, black beans, sweet corn, cilantro and diced tomatoes. Topped with barbeque chicken, pepper jack and cheddar cheese and garnished with tortilla strips. Served with barbeque ranch dressing.

GRILLED VEGETABLE SALAD
Zucchini, yellow squash, asparagus, portabella mushroom, radicchio and tomatoes seasoned and grilled. Served on a bed of mixed greens.

APPLE, CHERRY AND WALNUT SALAD
Crisp mixed greens tossed with apple, dried tart cherries, chopped walnuts and a maple vinaigrette.

CAESAR SALAD
Crisp romaine hearts tossed in our house dressing and garnished with fresh parmesan and seasoned croutons. Add grilled chicken.

SPINACH SALAD
A bed of baby spinach topped with grape tomatoes, red onions, hard boiled egg, applewood smoked bacon crumbles and fried goat cheese and served with an apple cider and bacon dressing.

GARDEN SALAD
Fresh mixed greens topped with tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, carrots and croutons. Served with your choice of dressings. Add a scoop of our homemade chicken salad.

SANDWICHES

PHILLY CHEESE STEAK
Thin sliced steak covered with provolone cheese and sautéed onions. Topped with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise.

BACON WRAPPED HOT DOG
All beef 8-inch hot dog wrapped in applewood smoked bacon and fried golden brown. Served on a toasted bun. Add chili or cheese.

STEEL CITY SANDWICH
Thin sliced corned beef and pastrami, tomato, Swiss cheese, cole slaw and french fries stacked high in a fresh sourdough roll. A Pittsburgh favorite.

MARYLAND CRAB CAKE SANDWICH
Sweet lump crab seasoned with fresh herbs and spices and broiled to perfection. Served with shredded lettuce, tomato and tarter sauce.

CHICKEN SALAD BLT
House made chicken salad topped with applewood smoked bacon, shredded lettuce and tomatoes. Served on toasted sourdough.

GRILLED PORTABELLA "BURGER"
A marinated portabella mushroom grilled and topped with provolone cheese, roasted red peppers, mesculin greens and a pesto aioli. Served on a grilled ciabatta roll.

HOT TURKEY SANDWICH
Thin sliced turkey breast grilled and topped with caramelized onions, crisp bacon and Swiss cheese. Served on toasted sourdough bread and garnished with a cranberry relish.

HOT ROAST BEEF MELT
Thin sliced roast beef piled high on a pretzel roll and topped with crisp bacon, caramelized onions and melted cheddar.

CUBAN STYLE BURGER
Half pound burger topped with capicola ham, Swiss cheese and dill pickle-mustard sauce. Served on a toasted pretzel roll.

5-SMOKE BURGER
Half pound burger seasoned with smoked paprika and topped with smoked Gouda, crisp applewood double-smoked bacon and a smoked chipotle-adobo sauce on a toasted pretzel roll.

HOLLOW CREEK BURGER
Build your own burger with your choice of cheese. Served on a toasted pretzel roll with lettuce, tomatoes, onion and pickles. Add bacon, sauteed onions, or mushrooms.

Flour tortilla with crispy chicken tenders, tossed in our zesty hot sauce and topped with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and cheddar cheese. Served with ranch or bleu cheese.

COWBOY STEAK SANDWICH
Tender flank steak grilled, sliced and served on a grilled ciabatta roll with roasted tomatoes, roasted red peppers and Cajun mayonnaise.
